Master Phil Stoecklin
began his martial arts training in 1983. He began his Eskrima training in 1987; he has received certifications through the instructor levels in Serrada Eskrima by Master Jimmy Tacosa.
Phil opened a professional martial arts school in 1985 and continues to teach at his Oak and Willow Club in Greenville, Illinois. He specializes in stick, dagger, machete, and empty hand. Phil has been awarded the rank of Sandan (3rd degree black belt) in Tae Kwon Do and Nidan (2nd degree black belt) in Dan Zan Ryu Ju-Jitsu.
He has appeared in several instructional videos including a Serrada Eskrima series with Master Jimmy Tacosa and a Dan Zan Ryu Ju-Jitsu series with Shihan Ramon Ancho. |
